E16 - 20th May

It was the best night of the series so far and great rides were done by all riders.
Special mention should be given to Howard doing a great 22.28 to win the event and we think become the fastest veteran on this course ever beating our own Mick Burrow’s early 1990’s time.
Our two new members this year Pat and Elliott continue to improve and Paul Gee did a fine 24.57. I think it is some years since he did this sort of time and Mark Steers an excellent 23:05 which would usually have been good enough to win the event.
Our friend Andy Page also did a good ride with 23.25 to improve on last week and stated he was aiming to get down to a 22 before the end of the series.
