E14 - 22nd July A much better evening this week and despite the wind not dropping quickly enough there were some good performances. Special mention goes to Brian Ward for being restricted to two gears due to a gear lever falling apart during his warm up and he still did a good ride. Alistair Smith improved yet again to 34.04 and Kevin also did a year’s fastest on this course, all the sportive miles as training starting to kick in. All he needs now is to sharpen up the speed. Well done to Mark recording the fastest club time of 24.27, Paul Gee was second to continue his good form with Roger third. Of our “regular” PTT’s Andy Page recorded the fastest time of the night with 24.07 which was 1 minute slower than his best on this course and Gary Hayward continued his improvement with a steady 33.34. | Results | 22-July
